Skilled AST LF static for stuff

So, I'm an AST with a lot of experience healing in FFXIV and other games. I have multiple A11S clears, but never rly got into A12S, I only attempted it like 6 times. I'm very good at class mechanics, and I learn new content extremely quick. For example, back when the Phoenix primal was relevant I cleared it in 7 tries. I would prefer being a Diurnal (Regen) healer, but I can do both.

Times that work for me are ~7-11PM EST any day. No more than 3 hours at a time please. Also times specifically can't be 8-11, there has to be a break in that range, so 9-11 or 7-10 are good.

I'd like to stay in my current FC, but if your static is really good maybe I'd switch. Also I refuse to speak through a microphone, but I can use whatever voice program you use.
