    Mining trainer lvl 61+

    I already picked up and completed the mining quest in Uldah. Leveled up to 65 and cant find any? I'm assuming they are in the new main city, but dont know for sure.

    You'll find them in Kagame, once you can get past the MSQ bottleneck that most NA server people are behind.

    Where did the mining quest take you? It left Ul Dah. It did not go to Rhalgyr's Reach. Go there, then do the level 63 and 65 mining quests. The level 65 trait is especially nice.

    I have no quests in Rhalgyrs reach, or Kugame... I dont understand

    Yup. Was telling you to go to where the previous quest sent you, and that it was not Ul dah nor rhalgyrs reach.
