Starter Edition - No code

Heya,

I write here for a friend who purchased the Starter Edition and Stormblood and, although he got the code for Stormblood, he did not receive any code for the game itself so he is still on a trial version :/ He followed the instructions saying that the code should be revealed by clicking on the link but he never got any code.

We tried to find in the FAQ, on the forums, Google, Reddit, etc but could not find anything.

Since the Community seems nicer here than on other MMO's I knew, I came here hoping that a good soul could help us =)

Um. I'm pretty sure that you have to buy A Realm Reborn, Heavensward, and Stormblood. Stormblood actual game codes won't be sent out until tonight/early morning. Early access is a different code all together unless they bought it from SE directly, then it /should/ roll over.

He bought ARR (Starter Edition) and Stormblood but only got the code for Stormblood preorder items. So the problem here is that he did not get the code for ARR although he bought it on the SE store

But now that I look closer at it, I see that it is written as a preorder and that the release date is 20/06: https://store.eu.square-enix.com/eu/...on-pc-download

So I am not quite sure about when he will be able to actually get the code, probably today I guess.

Stormblood official release codes will not be released until later, alternatively has until the 23rd (Or so I understand) to register the code. If he bought Stormblood and ARR from SE, then it'll auto roll over and I don't /think/ you'll need to worry about it. However, I am unsure if he'll be able to access stormblood since alot of content is locked behind Heavensward espansion.
