I would like to share this with you: http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...02b2896cea7f52

Small first-class plot is 3,750,000 gil. Medium first-class plot is 20,000,000 gil. Large first-class plot is 50,000,000 gil.

Be aware that in addition to these plot prices, you will need to buy an additional housing permit as well, which are as follows Small/Cottage permits cost 450,000 gil, Medium/House is 1,000,000 gil and Large/Mansion is 3,000,000.

I hope you find this post helpful.

So much cheaper now, then when housing was first introduced. Think I paid 50m just for my med. House. Larges were like 80m

If you are trying to save a buck, make sure to check the Market Board for permits. You can often find them much, much cheaper than what the housing vendor sells them for. And keep in mind that the kind of permit you buy does not lock you into that specific house skin. For example, I bought a small cottage plot in Mists and instead of getting my permit from the vendor for 450k, I bought a Riviera composite cottage permit off the MB for 200k, then got a Riviera stone cottage wall off the MB for 12k. Even buying the permit for the skin I didn't want and paying to switch it, I spent less than half of what it would have cost straight off the vendor.
