    Ugh and we log out for dinner in Ala Ghanna, come back to separate instances... in order to continue questing, we've got to all the way back to Rhalgr's Reach, manually run out, and then run back to our questing area (which of course means we lose our Twist of Fate buff, too). This is so ridiculous. @_@
