Why am I being punished?

I just went I to the duty finder tab and saw that I can no longer select Heavensward dungeon/trial/raid content because I don't have a registered copy of STORMBLOOD.

How is this fair to anyone that's unable to purchase STORMBLOOD due to various reasons (Mine is unforeseen financial troubles) I had to cancel my pre-order because of this. I would just like to know why I'm being excluded from content I've already paid for because of content I'm not able to get at the moment?

You should still have access to Hweavensward content.
Heavensward duties were moved to the same tab as ARR duties. SB duties are by themselves in the second tab.

I'm surprised you didn't bother to check the tabs and just assumed you were getting screwed. This is truly amazing. Forgive me, I'm studying human behavior and I'm simply amazed at the steps you took. Most people do their research to figure out the problem and some run to complain without giving anything a second thought. Forgive me again, but this is some good stuff, I need to save this.
