No EXP from enemies during Company Leve.

I was playing with my 32 MRD last night doing Company Leves. The enemies I killed during the leves were not giving EXP. Well, at least not usually. Sometimes, they did give EXP, and sometimes I would randomly get an EXP chain.

It was in Casseopia Hallow. I did a level 30 version and two level 33 versions. All had the same random EXP thing going on.

Why is this happening?
