Maybe because people payed for the thing ? Or maybe cuz SE screwed up everything since data center relocation? Who knows ...The aim is for codes to be both available and registerable starting on the 20th. That's what makes the 20th release day. In Japan, it already is the 20th, so they've opened up the registration process. But releases go by local time, and stores won't be able to sell the game until it's locally June 20th. In both Europe and North America, it's still the 19th, so it makes sense for the EU and NA sites not to be giving out codes yet.
In any case, it's kind of a moot point. I don't understand why so many people are adamant about wanting to get the full registration early when they have the early access anyway. You already have access, and have until Friday to register the full game. You can at least wait until tomorrow before worrying about the registration code.
