They mentioned it because we still have a way to get shell, and they were letting us know it wil overwrite protect whether it's boosted by the CNJ trait or not.
So what you're saying is a revised ability list lacking the ability in question isn't enough of an answer?

Because I don't see DoWs asking where all their weaponskills and abilities went.
