Atma weapons quest nowadays. Easier?

So i really like the atma/anima weapons but i never did start those quests, I did not have enough time. Is it easier to get atma/anima now?

Its easier to get Anima weapons due to overall reduced costs (condensation farming is the only real difficult part in my opinion), but Atma are problematic because of the Books that you have to grind. The specific FATE hunting is the real problem since few people do them anymore.
