Did you order it from the SE store? Did you check your order for the code?I Noticed Yesterday that on Mog station it showed that i needed to "buy" stormblood. Showed that I had early access, but not expansion itself. I spent 2.5hrs on "Hold" calling Square Enix. Was told I would receive code in email yesterday or today.
10am EST here, yet to receive code

I wouldn't have spend 2.5 on hold when we are still within the Early Access grace period (23rd) and codes are being sent out. Also, as I stated above, if you ordered from SE directly then the code listed on your Order History will have been updated from an Early Access code to a new Full Access code.

I had the same issue.
My code refreshed from early access to the normal one when I tried to cancel the order and received the error "You can not cancel the order because you already unlocked the code" (Which I never did btw, never had the green button that's supposed to be there)
After a couple hours of that I also received an email that "Your order has been placed" despite not doing any further action in the store.
I don't think I'll ever buy from the official SE store again, it's been fiasco after fiasco. Manual verification of my order for example, despite having an account for 6 years and always using the same payment method.


When you originally unlock the Early Access code, it gives you a message stating that doing so means you cannot cancel or get a refund.I had the same issue.

I never clicked a unlock code for the Early Access code either.
It was in plain sight. The only button that was there was the "Instructions" one.
Maybe it's an EU thing that I didn't get such a button?
Regardless if there any button there or not I'm sure SE has ways of knowing if a code was used or not.
