Raging Strike not working?

mine actually works, on a lvl 50 mob i was doing about 100 damage, it went up to about 120-130 after 3 hits.

I agree with this assessment. On moogle fight my dmg increases to around 120 when RS is up. I'd say that the dmg bonus stacks on the current target only, resets when the mob is defeated, and is lost if you miss.

ill have to test this, never noticed that it reset before.
