I went PSN digital download of SB. Never got a code. I just logged in yesterday and, after entering my username/password into the FFXIV launcher, it told me to register my product and redirected me (temporarily) to a page with my primary service account. Confirmed and then logged in. Once logged in, I had my pre-order and collectors edition items waiting for me in the mail. I confirmed it was registered on mog-station.
