So an extremely situational and mostly useless ability.

I know it's not meant to initiate a fight, it's useless for it as it stands, obviously. The number of AoEs that are large enough that I would find the waste of BG (assuming you had any at that precise time) is extremely limited. If this is only going to be actually useful in PvP, then make it a PvP action and give us something useful at 62.

Wasting 20 BG on this instead of just walking back in and use that same BG for an Upheaval is almost always just going to be a terrible use of BG.

Not really, it is damage and it will get you back in quicker than running, especially if you're main tank and you wanna be back on the mob asap.

And a lot of our skills are situational, shake it off is gonna be 100% situational, half our cross classes are situational. Not everything we get will be a use this 75-100% of the time. It's a cool skill, just gotta find a way to work it in at the appropriate time

It's 100 potency. You may as well tomahawk while running back in, since Tomahawk is 130 potency and wont waste your BG.

And when I say situational, I mean overly so. The fights that have such large AoEs are way too few.

You may find situations where you find it useful (not a complete waste,) but it will always be the inferior use of BG.

Maybe I'm just being dumb here, but Onslaught is an Ability, not a Weaponskill. So you can Tomahawk then weave Onslaught in situations like that.

Hell, you could even use it on pull by doing Tomahawk then weaving Infuriate and Onslaught before going into your aggro combo.
