SYSTEM_SOUND Speakers (Logitech G930 Gaming Headset)
I'm using a Logitech G933 (wireless) gaming headset, and I'm also having a near complete lack of voice overs. Every other sound is there, but one cut scene I turned the volume completely up, and I could barely heard a very faint voice over, but it sounded like an echo down a hallway rather than something clear. If I had to guess, it's something to do with Logitech's drivers.
