Food For Thought Dialog uses an idiom without eorzea terms

Inconsistency in terms.

That is, when idioms pops up using words of measurement which aren't consistent to the ones in game. Such as inch instead of ilm, or in this case hours and days instead of bells and suns.

NPC name: Quincompaix
Area and coordinates: The Fringes x8.8 y11.0
Steps:
1. Start quest "Food For Thought"
2. Quincompaix: Have you ever seen such a disagreeable lot? It seems at all hours of the day someone somewhere is provoking a fight between soldiers. Not even during meals can we enjoy a moment's peace.
