Dragoon lvl 70 quest Dragon Voice

Could someone tell me how to beat this quest?

I can easily get the boss down to around 40% health after which he places a debuff and starts doing 1/3 of my health every hit and i have found no way to beat him after this.

Is there some sort of trick i am not seeing?

im also having a problem with it as well, ive used every skill that could heal me under the sun and tried paralyzing and it didnt work...

Im not sure whats going on either hopefully someone can figure out whats going on, because its not really making any sense and i saw estinein go the the little white dragon when he got the debuff but when i went to him when i got the debuff he does nothing and estinein just keeps on saying to distract her constantly.

use elusive jump to take aggro off you

When you get the debuff, use elusive jump to get aggro off you. Move to the little dragon and stay there for a few seconds for him to take the debuff off you. After that, the fight is easy.

you have to use elusive jump when estinien says "Distract her while I go in for another attack!" while that happens then you can get that debuff off of you from that little white dragon.
