New Congested Worlds + New Worlds

So, looks like after the emergency hotfix, we've had a new world added (Louisoix), as well as Odin and Ragnarok (I think) Cerberus (I was wrong about Ragnarok) added as newly congested worlds. Do you think this will help ease the server issues on the EU servers now that a 2nd server has been added?

I have had no issues since moving to Omega. I'm surprised they even found it necessary to add another! Did Omega get filled up so quickly that it's justified?

Not that I'm complain! Having room for growth is always a good thing.

I know Omega had quite a lot of people going on it, and there were a ton of sprouts everywhere, but I didn't think that would be enough for another server.

I guess it did. I wonder if the fact Odin and Cerb got made Congested Worlds had something to do with it too. I'm considering moving to Louisoix, to get away from the queues of Odin and some of my haters on said realm (I had someone tell me a few days ago that if I quit the game or the realm I'd be doing everyone a favour, and they aren't referring to the queues etc either with that, they're referring to me as a person as the problem). New world, new people. Problem is, my FC are pleading with me not to leave because they value me too much. So it's a tough choice. Gonna think about it for a bit then potentially move.

I only made an alt on Omega to try the exp bonus but i didnt think it was so populated already to make SE create another world. Hope login queue improves on Odin but i doubt it

So it's my understanding that once a worlds designated congested we can move off it for free right? Cause I'm seriously debating it depending what I'm allowed to transfer with...

Idk if they included Louisoix as a free transfer yet, it might be though. Omega is a free transfer location right now.

So they actually did add another world to EU
I think it might be a bit too soon, especially with Omega being so recent, that Louisoix might end up being barren, but I'll wait and see what happens to it

Edit: Also, I hope what ever decision you make will be better for you in the long run. Don't pay attention to people who hate you and see you as part of the problem, you shouldn't let them colour your view of your server that's making you feel like you should uproot. You can try and convince people in your FC to come with you to enjoy the benefits of Louisoix, able to get a house of whatever you want and potentially grow the FC even more. The xpac has just been released so queues will be a problem till things die down, and the Raubahn MSQ problem has made people "emotional" about other players.

It's definitely being contemplated. If I move though, I'm going to Louisoix. But there's also the matter of I'm in the middle of the quest The Ties That Bind. And my partner can't play atm so we can't finish it! So either gonna have to drop that, or stay put, since that's one of the things that stops you from moving. It's definitely a tangled web of a mess for sure, and I'd be leaving behind a good number of friends, but yeah, all being taken into consideration. I've linked my FC leader up to this thread so she'll be able to give her thoughts on it too (via Discord, she doesn't use the OF AFAIK). Was definitely an unexpected thing to spot a 2nd EU realm, that's for sure. Odin being congested seemed expected though.

Also, I hope what ever decision you make will be better for you in the long run. Are you my FC leader in disguise? But in all seriousness, my FC leader knows about one particular hater (it was because I joined her FC that this hater went absolutely ballistic and told me I should leave the game or server to do everyone a favour). Very tough position for me right now. As I said, I will think about it. I don't think I can rush into this.
