So I guess you also use the bot to rank up all these crafts then.
The absolute truth is not everyone achieves something through cheating.
I'm not; I believe you are not botter, too.
Fair enough, I'll speak for myself. There are many MANY notorious botters on my server who are so blatant (one guy stood up and down because he ran out of mats for EIGHT hours with ZERO consequence) and brazen about it they don't even care. SE has been absolutely toothless in response to this BS and it is rampant for that reason.
Its very easy to spot people who bot thanks to the advent of pro mixed with seeing them doing crafting when you go to bed and still there when you are up... go to work, come home, glance at the computer and they are still there.
Sorry its very easy to put two and two together and - as aforementioned - SE won't do shite about it. So, point being, my accolades will always be VERY reserved when it comes to these dubious kudos.
That is me having to reaccomplish everything I did for Bsm, Arm and Wvr and parts of the other crafts. As good as the tools look they are not worth the time, effort and Gil it would take to redo what I have already done over the past year.First of all, the Patch note of 1.20 the started NPC is Dedeyadi not Rebeccah.
In order to get these tool, you really need to start from beginning.
you need to complete:
50 items of L1-10 recipes
300 of L11-20
750 of L21-30
1500 of L31-40
3000 of L41-50
That's WOW!
for these who got it...
/respect
Look, nobody here is saying "GIVE ME MY GOLD TOOL ON A GOLD PLATE NAO!" What we're trying to point out is the challenge gradient between the DoM/W achievement and the DoL/DoH. Think about this for example:
SE could have made the P.Crown requirement:
As each DoM/W; (POST-PATCHkill 4,000 enemies lvl 41-50, 3,000 enemies 31-40, 2,000 21-30 etc etc.
This would have made the challenge about equal to obtain an All-Class best Headpiece as the DoL/DoW challenge to obtain the tool that works for ONE class. Had they gone about it something like this, the playing field would be level and we could all start the grind to obtain our hard-earned achievements (or at least be complaining on a united front). Instead they chose the current system for the P/Butcher's Crown, and those of you trying to convince us that this isn't a big deal are probably trying to do so with your shiny new crown currently on your digital head.
That's the issue here; fairness.
And for those of you spouting "free" and "entitlement", I'm pretty sure my $90 Collector's Edition, 8,000 Crysta before we knew the year would be free, and $1400 NEW PC JUST TO MEET THE SPECS OF AN INCOMPLETE GAME, DO entitle me to submit my opinion.
"All dreams are of you... my Venus Doom..."
Edit: Looks like i was wrong so i leave it at this:
I read "3000 Items made by 41-50 Recipe" and not "3000 level 41-50 Recipes". Thats a TOTALLY different Thing. So SE needs to rename it.

I can confirm that crafts which yield more than one item (such as 3 Iron Rivets from an Iron Ingot) only count as "one" point towards your total. The rumor that it would count as three is incorrect.
If that is correct, then SE has to rename it, since 3000 Items is different to 3000 Crafts.
It is correct. I just got the rank 11-20 Blacksmithing achievement doing Iron Ingots and Rivets. It required 300 seperate and successful synths. Additionally, Hasty Hand makes for short work of this process. It's possible to average 10 synths every 5 minutes, 120 every hour (assuming you succeed every time). There's a small chance of failure, about 10-15%.
