Anyone else not receive their lvl 60 job potions + story line skips?

Yes. Go to the delivery moogle, If they are not in your "new" inbox then there should be a button on the top right of the same window saying "request items" (or something of that nature). I purchased an AST jump potion and received it instantly and works as it should.

Regarding the preorder bonuses, you won't receive them until at or around Tuesday, when the expac launches officially.

Thank you for the answer. Yes, I did already try the request items button. Unfortunately, I did not receive them still I've also double checked to make sure I sent them to the right character (although I only have 1, so hard not to). What I think it MIGHT be is I purchased realm of reborn + stormblood, because heavensword is included in stormblood. I've activated both products, however I don't know if it technically "counts" me as having heavensword yet, since stormblood hasn't been officially released, and you need heavensword to receive the items. Just guessing. Would kind of suck if this was the case, though.

Okay, So I just got the items. Took around 5-6 hours, if anyone else is wondering
