Can I transfer from Behemoth?

Does anyone happen to know if I transfer from Behemoth to Goblin if I still get the transfer for free? The posts on the Lodestone don't seem quite clear about exactly what status your world must have to transfer for free.

im trying to figure out WHEN we can transfer for free actually. They never clarified that either. Hell im trying to get to behemoth again! Lol

I feel your pain. The disconnects have been so bad the last three days, I think I've spent more time trying to connect than actually playing. I have no issues playing my alt on Goblin though.

EDIT: The transfer service is free now, just FYI. At least, that's what the posts they put on Lodestone say.

Transferring from worlds designated "Congested" (or "High Population") to worlds designated "Preferred" is free, among other incentives.

As Behemoth hasn't been designated as Congested, transfer incentives will not apply (unless you transfer to a New World, which there's only Omega for EU).
