Yeah I mean, we have tried new wifi stick , playing in dx9, low settings, different internet connection, drivers updates, nothing seems to be fixing it. Even did a fresh install on his pc still nothing. Its pretty much the exact same issue you are describing Merza. It does it for mobs and players ever 5-10 seconds. We however did run the first dungeon in HW's at 51 without him getting disconnected. but palace its always disconnect, unless he stands perfectly still or takes baby steps to complete the whole thing.
