People are going to gripe, and I think they had every right to. Still, I do think it's a good idea to acknowledge that issues were taken care of, and some people had to have spent hours on their side of things trying to figure out what the issues were and how to get around them. These are my thoughts as well.

If Yoshi-P had used preventative measures and they still failed, I would've been more sympathetic because I know what its like trying to put in place contingencies and they don't work out well. Instead he decided to wing it so I can hardly thank the man for creating a band-aid solution of all things.

That being said, I never saw the point in wasting energy fuming at something I couldn't control so when the shitstorm happened, I did other things ingame and when I got tired of those, I did some other stuff in real life.

Yep, now ask him to fully fix it rather than add a band-aid and then ask for his payment.
