    Gladiator's Riot Blade not Comboing into Rage of Halone

    Is anyone having problems with this combo? No matter what conditions I try to do this under, when I activate Riot Blade it does not start the "Combo" buff like Fast Blade does. Nor do I notice any difference in my accuracy when I combo into Rage of Halone.

    Also, from my understanding, combos actually make it so that the entire chain after the combo starter in the chain costs zero tp (at least, this is how it works with the Fast Blade --> Flat Blade and Fast Blade --> Savage Blade --> Goring Blade combo). This doesn't happen when I try to do Riot Blade --> Rage of Halone, which makes me think this combo isn't working.

    Riot Blade's description and the patch notes indicate that there's no "Combo Starter" for Riot Blade, as Riot Blade IS the combo starter, so am I missing something here?

    You have to execute from behind. Same thing for any skill with additional positioning effects so far from my experience.

    It will not combo to the next one unless you are on the correct side of the mob, which I can garuntee is your problem.

    Man, I thought those secondary execution requirements for the extra effects of skills was only optional. I guess they did that to make certain combos less abusable.

    Indeed it was. I'm going to re-read the patch notes. I didn't think positioning was required to begin a combo chain if the skill that starts the combo has a secondary position-based effect.
