This is why people don't have empathy for you. It is like complaining about gravity because it hurts when you fall. Certain things are just to be expected. The queue times here are one o fthem.
Let me get your "logic" straight: because x happens frequently, x should always happen, and y shouldn't be expected or pushed for?

So if, for example, Russians have issues with ramming each other off the road, one should never expect Russians to be decent drivers or push for it?

Note: I am not racist against Russians, YouTube has left some bad impressions on me lol

I respect your opinion but I don't agree.
If you and your friends truly enjoy playing with each other but cannot stand the queue times, you would organize a group transfer. You have to weigh the pros and cons. To gain something such as a shorter queue time, you may have to give up something else; that's how the world works. Price wise, transferring to a new server is free. We find it normal because it is something that is common when it comes to MMO's.

Weird though that a multi-billion company like SE is unable to provide a sufficient server structure that is able to withstand the current influx of players.
I played WoW Legion at launch: a few small hiccups - but not hour long queues even several days after the early access and now into the main release.

You don't have to move. As an example, you can create a character on Omega, level it up to 30 to earn 15 days extra sub, and before the 15 days run out the queue should be lower again to play your main.
