Me and my wife while farming Susano Extreme, got booted out from the server, we cant log in anymore and its not showing our characters in the log in screen.

I spoke with some FC members and we are stucked in the Duty still, this has been on for the past 3 hours.

Anyone got this problem?
Can you please look into this squarenix?
