Yeah, this shitty verison of blood price means MORE stance dance.
If you have "very good" dps classes in dungeon they wont single target mobs you aren't hitting. If you can't hold aoe on them then you are missing something or they aren't using their enmity dump. We have all the tools to succeed, now we just have to get used to them.
Syphon Strike is your main MP generation tool in tank stance, it's gives equal to one dark arts worth of MP. You can get two unleash from that. I honestly use unleash and when i have enmity on everything I start abyssal drain/quietus.
Stance dancing outside of bosses is not ideal, will just make you burn MP.
Foresight was horrible, absolutely trash. In total it gave a 6% physical damage reduction. Bloodbath wasn't mitigation, it was survivability. Souleater has had its potency increased and number of dark arts you can push out means your total "life steal" is higher than before. So yes, TBN makes up for everything we lost in terms of mitigation.
DRK damage is fine. Survivability is fine. Enmity generation is fine. I honestly think it feels better now than in heavensward, it's less clunky and the toolset feels more complete. How darkside interacts with MP now is a godsend.
I think it's worth emphasizing that TBN has a 15 second cooldown for 20% HP. That's absurd levels of mitigation.
The MP gain from BW-Delirium is so much better than BP-Delirium. this is not final yet, but DRK and PLD seems updated. and it seems Unleashed enmity generation actually is nerfed. it went from 100 potency with 6x enmity multiplier (600 enmity) down to 50 potency with 10.3x enmity multiplier (515 enmity). if you apply the enmity bonus from tank stance it just gets even worse in comparsion.
600*2.7=1620
515*2.7=1390
so Unleashed lost 230 enmity potency in tank stance.

I have had 0 problems playing DRK. The only thing I am sore at is pointless uses of the Blood Gauge only one really usable ability, and I only used Quietus until I unlocked Blood Letter, and now Quietus has been removed from my action bars. Four AoE's is too excessive. But aside from that no problems at all holding threat. Unless DPS are impatient and attack before I have a chance to pull. But that's always been the case when it came to jumpy dps.

I think it's also worth noting that Souleater and Abyssal Drain don't receive 100% lifesteal anymore. If I hit a monster for 3000 dmg with Souleater I only got around 2700 HP from it, same with AD. Stack that with the fact that Blood Price does literally nothing for your mp (So even less AD... ). I don't get the point really.. why nerf the already low survivability of DRK on top of removing bloodbath for tanks ?
Since syphon in grit give double the mp, i dont know if going out of grit to use bloodweapon ends in a mp gain.
also, ive been in groups with redmages..... there is noway i can get out of grit, unless i do a pull with DA C&S and DA BS.
