Hello there!

I recently did a world transfer to Odin. However, I can't seem to log on due to my retainers name being similar to someone else's.

It gives me the option to change it, however when I click on "change retainer's name", it brings me back to the "To log on with this character you must first change your retainer's name" window.

Can I get some assistance?
