I've been having this issue ever since the launch day of StormBlood at 2am; I've tried everything that the forums and internet provided, Resetting both modem & router, changing DNS, port forwarding, un & re installing the game (in which I suggest you DO NOT DO because well in my situation will make it MUCH worse) and even that moblie hotspot option I've found on a different thread. I completely exhausted every step I came across. So if anyone has any suggestions (besides contacting Square Enix in which I have contacted their support and was kept in queue for 6 hours and with no contact with an agent, But don't get me wrong. I'm sure they're busy helping people with same issue I have so no biggie.) I'll be more than happy to try them. But now I'm thinking that it maybe due to server congestion but I don't know, thats why I turned to the forums. Much Appreicated.
