If they instanced the Fringes, I can't imagine why they wouldn't instance RR. Of course it's temporary, but once again, people got three more textboxes before getting hit with "plz try later"

Yeah this wasn't suppose to happen. They thought they could funnel people through these story instances somehow (really how did they think this). Two thousand people are trying to get to Pipin as fast as possible in case he works.
