Miasma I -> Miasma III

I don't really understand why Miasma III was named as such and not named Miasma II, since the old Miasma II was removed from the game. As-is, you have a Miasma spell, and eventually Miasma III, but II is just not in the game at all. It's a minor thing, but that's really weird, isn't it? Is this an oversight? Or is it so that both Miasma and Bio are level 3 when cast? Or something else?

Miasma2 is still in the game, it's just not usable. In fact, all the old actions still have to be there to prevent a huge headache with dead links & the like. It's a common thing for programmers to do.

The old Thunder II is still in the game as well. That didn't stop them from replacing it with the new aoe Thunder II

Except that Miasma2 was available to SCH & SMN as it was an Arcanist action. Miasma3 is SMN only. Calling it Miasma2 would cause all kinds of issues because old code in the system would expect SCH to still have it, yet it's a SMN job action. Thunder are BLM/THM spells & not shared with other jobs so any change only affects them.
