PSA: Sony is accepting refunds until the 20th

Just in case anybody changed their mind after this Raubahn fiasco. Until the official launch Sony will refund any purchase without question and the official launch isn't until the 20th. Thought that's good to know.

What just baffles me is that people seem almost surprised by it. Um.. duh. Of course there's going to be queues and disconnects and yes, it sucks. But that happens with every darned expansion launch. Why were people thinking this one would be any different? XD
