Better Served with Cold Steel broken/unable to move

Steps:
1. Enter Rauban instance for the quest Better Served With Cold Steel
2. Get kicked with system error for event movement
3. Tried going yo a lower pop field instance after being unsuccessful, but still the same. Repeat step 1-3

This instance cutscene plays out before the actual solo instance begins, at which point we get an event movement and are kicked out again to restart the solo instance acceptance bubble again. This had been going on since the 15, and apparently the next instance in the quest chain with npc pippin has the exact same issue. MSQ is halted entirely due to this, and since so many have this happen but I've read nothing on any changes, decided to start posting, as I hope others will, to bring it to the devs attention. Help! Thanks!

Sq enix would not intend people to stay over 8 hours clicking at random to attempt to not get a system failure. This quest is obviously not functioning properly. Please let us continue on to the next step or even acknowledge the problem, I have gotten no responses through the ingame support and mesages boards. No GM has been present to investigate as far as i know.

It's been this way for 2 days. I transferred to a JP server (where the issues was fixed after 14 hours), and I got right through the quest. I'm now in the Ruby Sea area with NO ISSUES! I will be transferring back to my server in 3 days when the server transfer lock is up.
