Greetings,

An emergency maintenance was performed on The Ruby Sea which should have solved this problem for players that have posted in this thread. As some of you have pointed out, the best course of action is to restart the FFXIV client and attempt to log back into your characters in game. If you are still having any trouble, please feel free to submit a support ticket through the game client. With the maintenance concluded, I will also be locking this thread.


I *have* submitted a support ticket through the game client. They've been lazy & rude enough just to copy and paste to me a generic response telling to file a ticket through the website. You would at least think that we'd be given the same advice.
