I would like if future Notorious Monsters are notorious for a reason. Currently they are basically the same with a stronger attack, more HP. A more noticeable model difference, and a varied battle strategy; different than a normal enemy would be ideal.

As Primals have it they, have phases and tricks up their sleeves for the new challenger(so lower-mid levels chance to group in process learn job.) These could be be a couple of tiers lower, but have the same mid-hp change of strategy, probably similar to ifrit in hp%

I also remember them talking about goblins in a balloon dropping bombs, am i ignorant and this is in the game? this is the kind of uniqueness that needs to be more common(did i contradict myself there?)
