The teams are doing their jobs and yes, it HAS been awhile since we have gotten an update on the instance servers, but I take that with a grain of salt, maybe there is nothing more to report except "We are still investigating the problem, we apologize." I'm not defending them in any way, saying it's acceptable, but they are trying, we cannot really ask for much more. If we demand an update every hour, that takes time away from their work and delays the repair. We have been patient, yes, I for one will continue to be... even though I have to wait over an hour to get back on the server when it kicks me off!! >.>;;
Yes I feel you. But believe, they know this has done a serious damage do the game reputation already and if it was within they power to fix it right way, they would have done it. I think that the best thing now is help use the time for something more productive. This is the case which everyone has lost, SE and us, no one will win anything for this problem.
