Rhalgr's Beacon MSQ - Disconnect/Bottleneck Issue

Due to this Solo Instance Duty MSQ being in the same Zone as the Rauhban/Pippin Bottleneck Issue. I cannot complete this quest to progress story to next area. What is going on why is this not resolved and why must we deal with this again later?!

To keep it short, its an expansive issue that will not be easily fixed that affects ALL players, even those not participating in EA, the best ETA that you can be given is: Soon

At this point, they should just let whoever wants to skip these quests. Regardless of the cinematic outcome, people will not look with good eyes at them, they will just be glad that they are finally past it.

Just let this part of of MSQ be forgotten by anyone who desires so.
