MSQ not completing after Baelsar's Wall

I have completed the instance Baelsar's Wall three seperate times via the duty finder both solo and in a group and the MSQ refuses to progress on "Griffin Griffin, On the Wall". The first time I completed Baelsar's Wall the game disconnected me from server, on subsequent completions the game spits me out back where I entered the duty with no cutscenes, nothing. The MSQ is effectively broken for me and I cannot progress.

Time: 6pm 10pm and 11pm on 6/17/2017 Eastern

Party or solo: Party
Steps:
1. Queue Baelsar's Wall
2. Enter Duty
3. Complete Dungeon
4. Click the exit
5. Exit the instance
6. No cutscenes, no quest progress.

I have attempted Baelsar's Wall a fourth time, completed and exited at 12:40pm EST 6/18/2017 and the MSQ has not changed.
