Account no longer has Stormblood access

I preordered Stormblood and played for a couple of the early access days but had to take a week long break due to work. I come back from my work week to find that my account no longer has access to Stormblood for some odd reason. I tried putting in my Registration Key again but it states that it has been already used. And I can't login to my character because it's lv 61 and in a SB area. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm not willing to purchase the expansion again.

The key you registered was your early access key. Not stormblood.

Early access has ended and you now require a full key to continue. Check your emails from where you bought it or your physical box if you bought it for the key.
