Steps:
1. Catch an HQ fish
2. Mooch II remains greyed out

I'm working off of the ability description which says:
"Use any fish already hooked to your line to attract even larger prey"

as oppoosed to regular Mooch:
"Use the fish already hooked to your line to attract even larger prey"

Since the action requires GP and has a 3 minute cooldown I assumed that it truly meant that any HQ fish I caught could be mooched.

Does it only work if there's a fish in the fishing hole that supports mooching? Like instead of only mooching off of the one particular fish it normally wants, it will accept anything?
