Due to the heavy congestion of access requests to instanced content, we are currently experiencing issues where the management system for instances is not working as intended.
As a result, Data Centers have not been able to move players to instances, and we have confirmed that players are experiencing errors 90006 and 90002.

Our current priority is to swiftly locate the issue and restore normal conditions.
While we are working towards resolving the issue, when experiencing the above issues we ask players to wait 15 to 30 minutes before trying again.

We will continue to do our best to provide stable gameplay for our players.

This issue was addressed with the Patch 4.0 HotFixes that were implemented from Jun. 20, 2017 11:00 p.m. to Jun. 21, 2017 2:40 a.m. (PDT). We will continue to monitor the situation.
