Can't do anything 48 hours, seeing no posts about fixing it

I was under the impression the amount of people that could enter instances was simply being limited. But it isn't being limited. Limited means I wouldn't get in but I would be able to engage in other forms of gameplay. I try to do anything, dungeon solo, dungeon with a friend in party, MSQ, any kind of loading screen at all and I get removed from the game. To make matters worse I am unable to get back in sometimes for 5 + hours at a time.

2. Get error and booted from game
3. Sometimes inability to log back in (get past queu of players) lasts up to 5 hours

Ok new development.

Ive tried a few things in a party with a friend. I get 90002 for 30 minutes plus when trying to re enter after getting booted. He does not, he gets right back in.

What's that about?
