Be careful queuing into Sasano

Because this was quietly posted on the in-game bugs thread. I want to shine attention on it so people do not accidentally find themselves locked out of the game. This is an apparent bug that will render you unable to log back in should you 90k in Sasano.

Thank you for reporting this concern. We understand that it's incredibly frustrating to be unable to access your characters during Early Access, and deeply apologize for this inconvenience.

We have confirmed this issue with the development team, and they are putting high priority on continuing to investigate how to resolve this for players.

At this time, it seems that the situation will require a resolution via the client itself (through updating the version). As such, we expect it to take more than several days to resolve this issue, including the time required to create the patch.

However, because this error is not caused by the corruption of local data or due to a PC issue, it is likely that re-installing the game will not resolve this issue.

Again, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience. We'd also like to note that if you continue to attempt to log into the game there is a chance you may be able to log in, so please try again after some time has passed.

I would LOVE to be Perma 90k'd right now. At least I would have gotten past Pipin and wouldn't be at my computer with hope in my eyes.

This may not be isolated to Sasano. I 90k'ed after trying to enter the Red Mage quest duty at Saint Adama, North of Drybone. I have since been unable to log in (90k after queue). Rebooting my game didn't help either. I'll try again tonight, since I know it's prime time right now which may be causing excessive login issues, but if it's still 90k'ing me tonight, then I suspect that I've been hit with the same bug.

I'd also like to throw it out there that SQEX needs to fix this ASAP, not just for the most obvious reasons, but because every moment that the game is this unplayable causes players to up and leave. Summer is filled with new MMO expansions. Quite frankly, I'm bored out of my mind and need something to do because FFXIV is now not an option. I'm very likely to end up trying out new expansions on other games, and there's a good chance I'll get sucked into those if the expansions are more functional than this one. I'm sure I'm not alone in this approach.
