    Random New Update/Download?

    So I was in the middle of playing when our power flickered for a minute so me and my brother restarted our PS4s and now all of a sudden theres a random update/download that needs to be completed, but its only on my system... my brother was able to log right back on? Should I be worried about something or is anyone else experiencing some new update that has to be done?

    Lots of people are having data corruption from power outages on PS4. It makes you redownload all 22 GB.

    That happened to my friends mother. From what I remember everything was fine she just had to re download everything...

    Yea and you know what. When the power flickered the light didn't come back on either of our playstations. My first instinct was to unplug the power and plug it back in, but my brother just pushed the power button and it came back on. So I wonder if unplugging the system had something to do with it. I will never do that again...
