    Can't Pass Story line Best Served with Cold Steel.

    It's been over 34 hours now.

    I propose Refunded time on our accounts, or how do we go about getting a refund?

    I don't want to support a company who doesn't care about my time.

    SE's crew is getting paid, we're not.

    We lost in this deal.

    Please no Copy and Paste replies, and no more excuses. That's what kids do. They point the finger instead of taking responsibility. Please be an adult and fix the problem or admit you messed up.

    it's the only thing they can do if they don't find a fix today.

    i checked my wow history account... received 4 days on the launch(2004) cause of the fail.
    8days in 2005..and i can keep going.

    12 bucks a month. 31 days in a month. Is that 38 cent worth of a refund?

    I don't care about that at all. I'd just like a work around. allow me to skip this quest would likely be the easiest. The current work around to allow the servers to stay up is cool, i understand the need for it, but it cant be the end solution.

    It would be nice to hear something, or proposed ideas to fix this. Most of the player base can't advance past this quest, and if you do you run into the same problem with the next one. This isn't going to blow over anytime soon, and leaving us in the dark is not only frustrating, it is highly insulting.

    I'm not trying to get any sympathy from anyone and I know comments are incoming. I won't be back to check so no point in telling me to "Leave then, we'll miss you" "Good Riddance" "Thanks for leaving, make more space for us"

    People went longer than me and haven't been successful. Based on my Math on rough estimations of Attempting every 12 seconds.

    I tried over 4700 Times to enter the MSQ.

    This is a reminder that this game just isn't worth my time. Sorry Square Enix Team. I had to cancel my account and wish I could get a refund. Yes it's only day 2 but this is unacceptable. I can't be the only one who gave you one more shot. 2.0 was rinse and repeat every Patch, so was 3.0.... 4.0 was Promising but the team still hasn't taken responsibility and accepted their faults. We're crammed in a zone and the team refuses to do ANYTHING about it other than saying "try later" I forgive you. You should check yourself as a company.

    the refund is more about, we understand we have a problem, here is compensation.....just to show us they matter...at the moment it's...we don't talk to you, we have nothing to say.
