    Did Anima quest get nerfed in 4.0 (light)?

    I never finished PLD (it was my 4th, by the time I got to the light phase population was low) due to the lack of players in the game leading up to the expansion.

    Looking for stuff to do since SE botched the launch and thought about maybe picking this up again.
