Can't talk to NPCs

Steps:
1. Was trying to get through the "Best Served with Cold Steel" MSQ's instanced battle content and after a few hours I was unable to talk to Raubahn in The Fringes
2. Tried for about 10 minutes more and went to the Gold Saucer and did my Daily Mini-Cactpot for it's 3 times
3. Went to the Quarrymill and tried to do a Palace of the Dead run but was met with the same issue as with Raubahn
4. Went to other NPCs and was unable to talk to them either.

Please fix this as soon as you can, as this seems to be a prevailing issue with other players. People have been trying to do this quest for over 13 hours or more with no breaks or sleeping, this is actually affecting people's health.

Update: Waited an hour and logged back in, am able to talk to NPCs again. However still unable to access the Instanced fight in "Best Served with Cold Steel" MSQ
