Materia Stats for PLD 4.0?

What is best materia setup for PLD at lvl 70,
I am assuming Tencity > crits > det?

I am wondering the same thing, yet I'm wondering how much does Ten and Det effect def and incoming heals. Like which gives more value per point then the other, since they do the same thing pretty much, just Ten is tank only while Det is everyone.

well for tanks it is looking like direct hit is scaling amazing which is funny because yoshi p specifically said it would be bad for tanks. there is no direct hit on tank gear so this should be your number 1 priority. as for tenacity, its looking more garbage than parry, less that a 1% increase in each area it affects for every 500 points invested. avoid it at all costs.

I dunno, from what I've been hearing just getting the old 270 slaying accesorries are the best option right now, and melding VIT if you need it. Sounds like a full VIT build is too much HP in end game right now, and the added damage is better for clearing/getting threat. So basically back to where we were pre-VIT/STR changes.

I did some personal tests last night, and as others seemed to have tested too, but about 350-450 tenacity is 1% damage increase and damage reduction. I didn't get to try the healing for it, but I am thinking it would be roughly 1% too.

I myself am adding Direct Hit to all my gear, and it has been pretty nice. Not big, huge numbers, but a lot of little crits.

you would meld strength if you HAVE to wear them but tbh our bis right now is full I270 slaying accessories because we can still equip those. and im having zero issues in full slaying in either primal atm, i personally got all of the lakshmi accessories but im just holding onto them to be safe in the case that se decides to patch it where we can no longer equip 270 str come time savage drops.
