Yep, they'll patch in the buying from search when possible, that's when the "actual auction house" will be implemented.

not really, but an AH style interfac is being added to the wards (but won't work 100% until patch 1.20a)

Im pretty sure were getting as much of an AH as were ever going to get in 1.20a. I base this on the fact that theyre still gonna charge for retainers when 2.0 comes out. But you never know, they might serve a different purpose.

It could be argued that (aside from a delivery system if you want to lump the two things together) the search improvements and buying from the search window is all we really needed to begin with, the changes effectively turn the wards into an AH.

Yep all an AH (that people want) is:

1. Searching an Item (O)
2. Buying From Search (1.20a)
3. Delivery of Item/Money (Coming when possible)

That's it lol, so the MW only missing 1 feature that's needed for even unrelated reasons (Personal Messages/Chat etc.)

on a side note, iirc I hear yoshi-p said something about the MW being creepy with all those retainers looking at you.
