Have the same issue with Yugiri solo quest in Yanxia. The problem people usually have with instance like "Raubahn savage" or "Pipin Extreme" solo duty is that they got crashed from server. Some time you get very unlucky and you crash INSIDE the instance. your charachter is moved to the instance server and is listed as online and in duty in your real server. you will get that issue until either you are timed out from the instance, log on an other character on the same world or GM force your toon to full offline status. Just poke friend you play with. they will confirm that you are currently online and in duty from there friend list / FC list

Edit: Okay it did work as you said. So the game is trapping your character in the instance but disconnecting the user. Guess I'll go level SAM and RDM till more progress is made on SE side for fixing this.

FWIW, I had the happened to me too with Pippin. Got DCed during instance load. Couldn't log back in. Seemed to have fixed itself. Maybe the 30 min timer kicked in? Then, stupidly, I tried again, got DCed again... and now I'm back to not being able to get in. Hopefully it'll fix itself again. If it does, I'm going to start maining MIN and BOT...

Yep, I was able to log back in after 30 minutes as well. But now Its happening on EVERY instance I try to connect to. I get 90k'd. POTD, job quest battles, etc.
